1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the SolarOps360 website (solarops360.com) or the SolarOps360 platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

SolarOps360 provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for Solar EPC companies to manage employees, leads, project workflows, inventory, and billing. The marketing website provides information about the platform and allows prospective customers to contact us.

3. Accounts and Registration

To use the SolarOps360 platform, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@solarops360.com of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform
• Resell or sublicense the service without our written consent

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, software, and intellectual property on this website and the SolarOps360 platform are owned by SolarOps360 or its licensors. Nothing in these terms grants you any rights to use our branding or intellectual property without prior written consent.

6. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at signup. All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) plus applicable GST. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are provided as per our refund policy communicated at time of purchase.

7. Limitation of Liability

SolarOps360 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data or business interruption. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice. SolarOps360 may terminate immediately for breach of these terms. On termination, you may export your data within 30 days before it is permanently deleted.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
